Job summary

A virtual psychiatry practice is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to provide remote outpatient psychiatric care. Candidates will enjoy clinical autonomy, control over scheduling, and minimal administrative tasks. The role offers a competitive compensation range of $180K to $215K, with full-time W-2 employment, employer-paid benefits, and opportunities for continuous clinical development. Ideal candidates will be board-certified with substantial clinical experience, delivering compassionate and evidence-based psychiatric services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety and depression.
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
