A virtual psychiatric practice is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for a fully remote role. Candidates will provide outpatient care and manage mental health conditions while maintaining clinical autonomy. The position offers W-2 employment with a predictable compensation range of $180K–$215K. Ideal applicants will have a board certification and extensive experience in outpatient psychiatric care with a commitment to continuous clinical development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years post‑graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to lower to moderate acuity populations.
