Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for a 100% remote telehealth role. You will provide autonomous PMHNP care with psychiatrist support, using a custom EMR and AI-assisted tools. The position is a 1099 contract with flexible scheduling and no on-call duties.

Candidates must hold PMHNP certification and an active APRN license, with outpatient telehealth and multi-state eligibility. You will manage medication decisions, chart promptly within 48 hours, and maintain strong

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license
• 2+ years autonomous PMHNP experience
• Outpatient telehealth experience
• Licensed in 4+ states
• Comfort with telehealth tech and paperwork
• Excellent medical writing and grammar

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (synchronous video and asynchronous messaging)
• Prescribe and dispense medications per state laws
• Maintain licensure in applicable states
• Complete charting within 48 hours of sessions
• Respond to member inquiries within 72 hours
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical leadership
