Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a 100% remote telehealth role. You will deliver patient care via telemedicine with psychiatrist support, using AI-enabled tools and an advanced EMR to guide decisions.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, ongoing collaboration, and a flexible schedule to meet patient needs across states. Prior outpatient telepsychiatry experience is preferred and licensing in multiple states is encouraged.

Qualifications

Active and clear APRN license.
Licensed Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP certification.
Minimum 2 years autonomous PMHNP experience post-graduate.
Experience in outpatient settings.
Telehealth experience and comfort with technology.
Licensed in 4+ states.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care via telemedicine, including video visits and asynchronous messaging.
Maintain licensure and prescribe/dispense meds under state and federal law.
Be responsive, collaborative, and detail-oriented in medical documentation.
Work with the clinical leadership team and other Brightside providers.
Support efficient charting within 48 hours of sessions.
Adhere to a 72-hour messaging response window for patients.
