Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for flexible telehealth. The role emphasizes autonomous PMHNP practice with psychiatry support, using a modern EMR and AI-assisted decision tools.

Expect a fully remote schedule and a 1099 contract structure, enabling you to tailor your availability. Applicants should hold PMHNP certification, an active license, and at least two years of outpatient telehealth experience.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license and PMHNP certification in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of autonomous PMHNP practice, outpatient/telehealth preferred.
• Licensed in multiple states (4+ preferred) and comfortable with cross-state prescribing.
• Comfortable with technology and online documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine with video and asynchronous messaging.
• Prescribe and dispense medications in compliance with state/federal laws.
• Complete charting within 48 hours of each session.
• Respond to patient inquiries within a 72-hour window and collaborate with leadership.
• Maintain licensure and participate in continuous performance improvement.
