The role offers a predictable W-2 compensation package with total earnings ranging from $180k to $215k+ annually. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans in a supportive, flexible environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience and proficiency in telepsychiatry, ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive evaluations.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry-based model.
