Talkiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for a fully remote, outpatient role. You will manage 100% remote psychiatric care, with predictable W-2 compensation, a structured schedule, and in-house support for scheduling, billing, and licensing.

This role emphasizes clinical autonomy within established standards and a stable, team-based telepsychiatry model. Requirements include board certification, active unrestricted license, at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active unrestricted license.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry-based model.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Coordinate with in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
