Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking a board-certified PMHNP-BC to deliver remote psychiatry services across states, with a focus on adults in outpatient settings. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, and collaborate closely with therapists in an integrated care model using our shared EHR system.

The role supports flexible scheduling (up to 16 hours/week) and emphasizes measurement-based care, quality outcomes, and clinician-led service improvements.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed to practice in Washington with an active DEA license.
• Willing to become licensed in additional states; cost covered by us.
• 2+ years of remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
• Committed to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, per state and federal rules.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with therapists in a true integrated care model via shared EHR and consultation spaces.
• Provide feedback to physicians and leadership to improve care delivery.
• Use data-informed tools to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.
