Two Chairs is seeking a board-certified PMHNP-BC to join our remote psychiatry and integrated care team in North Carolina. You will conduct remote assessments and follow-ups for adults, prescribing medications and providing brief psychotherapy when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed in North Carolina with active DEA.
• 2+ years remote outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
• Willing to start November 2026; remote collaboration with team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments.
• Conduct 25-minute follow-up sessions for medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with therapists in an integrated care model via the shared EHR.
• Provide feedback to physicians and leadership to shape care delivery.
• Use data-informed tools to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.
