Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking a board-certified PMHNP-BC to provide remote psychiatry services for adults. Conduct 55-minute assessments and 25-minute follow-ups, with medications management and brief psychotherapy as needed.

Join a true integrated care model, collaborating with therapists and physicians through a shared EHR. You will deliver high-quality, measurement-based care, with a part-time schedule up to 8 hours/week (M-F, 8am–8pm) and state licensure expansion supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; costs covered.
• 2+ years of mental health PMHNP experience, including remote outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
• Passionate about high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote psychiatry assessments (55 min) and follow-ups (25 min) for medication management and brief psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per state/federal regulations.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy to support clients’ goals.
• Collaborate with therapists within an integrated care model via shared EHR and spaces.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to shape care delivery.
• Use data-informed tools to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.
