Two Chairs is seeking a board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed in Illinois to provide remote psychiatry services. You will conduct 55-minute assessments and 25-minute follow-ups, managing medications and incorporating brief psychotherapy as appropriate.

You will collaborate with therapists in an integrated care model, using the shared EHR system, and work with physicians and leadership to improve care delivery. Remote telepsychiatry with adults required.

Formación

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; we will cover the cost.
• 2+ years of PMHNP experience providing mental health services, including remote outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
