Two Chairs is seeking a board-certified PMHNP-BC for remote psychiatry to assess adults in 55-minute sessions with 25-minute follow-ups, combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed in PA.
• Willing to obtain licensure in other states; we cover costs.
• 2+ years of remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
• Passionate about measurable, collaborative care.
• Preferred: additional PMHNP licensure in TX, GA, NJ, IL, or AZ.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments and 25-minute follow-ups.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per regulations.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with therapists in an integrated care model using the shared EHR.
