OptiMindHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This role offers a competitive salary of $125k–$145k with the flexibility of remote work options and a schedule designed to support work-life balance.

Candidates should hold PMHNP-BC and be eligible for licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts. We welcome new graduates and offer leadership pathways within a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric nurse practitioner services in outpatient behavioral health.
• Medication management and individual psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team including physicians and licensed mental health professionals.
