OptiMindHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our clinician-led behavioral health team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the $135k–$160k range, with options for remote work from Massachusetts and surrounding states, and leadership opportunities.

You will participate in an integrated care model, provide medication management and psychotherapy, and collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) required.
• PMHNP-BC certification preferred; new graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behavioral health care including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Document clinical encounters and ensure compliant record-keeping.
