OptiMindHealth is expanding its clinician-led behavioral health team in Massachusetts. We seek a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for a full-time, exempt role with remote work options and a competitive salary of $135k–$160k per year.

Based in Haverhill, MA, the position supports integrated care, medication management, and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, with opportunities for leadership and advancement.

Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC certification required or in process.
• Massachusetts licensure required or pending licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Join integrated care team and provide psychiatry services.
• Medication management and psychotherapy (individual, family, group as needed).
• Develop flexible, patient-centered treatment plans.
