OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding its behavioral health team and seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join remotely or from offices. The role emphasizes integrated care and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts is preferred; new graduates welcome. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 per year, with full-time options, medical benefits, paid malpractice, PTO and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP-BC with psychiatry experience preferred
• Comfort providing medication management and psychotherapy
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatry care in an integrated team setting
• Manage medications and deliver psychotherapy
• Participate in flexible scheduling and remote or office-based work
