OptiMindHealth is expanding its clinician-led behavioral health practice and seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team. This role supports adult and adolescent patients with a flexible mix of in-person and remote work options, across multiple states with a strong emphasis on integrated care.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with CO and/or MA licensure.
• Preferred PMHNP-BC exam completion.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric mental health assessment and treatment planning.
• Deliver patient-centered psychotherapy and medication management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care coordination.
