Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio to lead utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning.

You will create long-term value by leading project teams that deliver safe, reliable, and profitable results, applying Principle Based Management to strengthen ownership, execution discipline, and sound economic decisions from pre-construction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC/industrial/utility-scale renewables.
• Ability to travel 25–50% to field sites.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, and repowering projects.
• Develop plans, forecasts, and risk mitigations from pre-construction through closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to cost, schedule, and risk tradeoffs.
• Build high-performing teams and align capabilities to project needs.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal partners.
• Strengthen customer relationships and deliver value.
