Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio to lead the execution of utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.

You will lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable results, applying Principle Based Management to strengthen ownership, improve execution discipline, and build trusted customer and stakeholder relationships from pre-construction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC/renewable energy projects worth hundreds of millions.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, risk, contracts.
• Experience leading project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Valid US driver’s license and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, risk mitigation strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule, and value tradeoffs while making timely decisions that improve project outcomes.
• Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, coaching for contribution, and aligning strengths to project and business needs.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal partners to support transparent communication and disciplined execution.
• Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships by resolving challenges, honoring commitments, and creating mutual long-term value.
