Job summary

Cumming Group seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee electrical/industrial projects with 25–50% regional travel from your Southeast hub. You will coordinate scope, schedule, and cost, while developing PM plans and client-facing proposals. Strong communication and cost-management skills are essential.

Preferred CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications; relocation near airport in Southeast is a plus. This is a full-time remote-enabled role with travel to Southeast sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer by identifying savings opportunities and ensuring suitable material substitutions.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders throughout the project.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at project outset.
• Evaluate documents and convey client goals to the project team.
• Develop and communicate action plans guiding the team from the PM Plan onward.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates, reviews, and budget reconciliation.
