Job summary

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee charging electrification rollouts and turnkey electrical installations for fleets converting to electric.

The role requires significant regional travel, working with the Account Executive, and ensuring safety, scheduling, and customer-focused delivery. Experience in construction, electrical, and project coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of construction project management experience, including field construction management.
• Electrical construction background or related engineering degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from assessment through completion with safety, schedule, and budget accountability.
• Manage equipment orders, shipping, and subcontractor coordination to ensure turnkey delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and maintain strong customer relationships.
