Veeva Systems is a leading cloud-based solution provider for the global life sciences industry, seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our Clinical Data Professional Services team. You will manage project teams and oversee timelines, budgets, and customer adoption of Veeva Clinical Data Software.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Data Management, IT, Programmers, Statisticians, QA, and external vendors to deliver end-to-end deployments, training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of software implementation experience.
• 2+ years of Life Sciences industry experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common business software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand Clinical Data requirements with cross-functional teams (DM, IT, QA, Statisticians).
• Develop timelines and deliverables per statements of work.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, and milestones using Jira/Smartsheet.
• Manage project teams and resources; coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Identify risks and track mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular progress reports and executive summaries.
