Job summary

Mygrant Glass is seeking a Remote - Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead IT and enterprise projects from concept to delivery in Fresno, CA. You will collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, define scopes, and manage timelines while promoting process transformation and continuous improvement.

The role requires 4+ years in PM and BA, proficiency with PMO practices, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
4+ years of PM experience, using Waterfall and Agile.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements and business processes.
Ability to facilitate discussions and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead PM/BA activities from concept to delivery across IT and enterprise projects.
Develop, maintain, and administer project plans, schedules, budgets, and docs.
Facilitate status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and impacts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverables.
Travel up to 20% and support organizational change initiatives.
