ManpowerGroup seeks a PLM Test Automation Engineer to join a remote QA team supporting the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The role focuses on designing and maintaining automated tests to ensure release readiness and quality across the USA, with hourly compensation and potential for contract-to-hire after an initial period.

The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, configure test scenarios, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices using TestComplete, ENOVIA PLM, and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Experience with TestComplete using VB Script, ENOVIA PLM, ALM, and JIRA.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and repositories.
• Ability to participate in SIT, UAT, and release validation activities.
• Excellent communication skills for status updates.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scenarios.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests.
• Execute both automated and manual testing; log defects.
• Support defect resolution and improve QA processes.
