Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a PLM Support Lead to drive ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE administration, optimization, and integration for global teams. You will design scalable PLM solutions, partner with stakeholders, and ensure data integrity and performance across interfaces.

The role requires 7+ years in ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE, expertise in SAP/ERP/Salesforce integration, and strong scripting capabilities. Hybrid Richmond, VA based with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting, administering, and implementing ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions.
• Strong expertise in platform configuration, customization, widget development, and document management.
• Experience integrating PLM with SAP, ERP, Salesforce, BIOVIA and other business systems using APIs/SOAP/XML.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, Tcl and related technologies to automate processes.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, administration, and continuous improvement of the ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring stability and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders, engineering teams, and end users to gather and document requirements aligning with objectives.
• Design and implement scalable 3DEXPERIENCE solutions; integrate with SAP, ERP, Salesforce, BIOVIA and other systems.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including validation, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide expert-level user support, training, and change management guidance to maximize adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on releases, version control, and DevOps processes.
