Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Engineer to own the PLM platform operations. This full-time remote role requires deep experience with either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in large enterprise environments, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, and integrations.

You will partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, secure PLM ecosystem with high availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
5+ years of PLM platform administration experience.
Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in production.
Strong experience with PLM upgrades and migrations.
Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administration.
Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and HA/DR experience.
Scripting skills in shell, Python, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

Own the technical operation of the PLM platform, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, and integrations.
Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, performant PLM ecosystem.
Develop and maintain documentation and ensure platform reliability and security.
Monitor PLM performance, lead migrations, and implement CI/CD patterns for PLM changes.
