Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a PLM Engineer (Windchill / Teamcenter) to own the technical operation of the PLM platform in a fully remote U.S. capacity.

You will handle installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, integrations, and high availability, partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable and secure PLM ecosystem.

The role requires 8+ years of PLM administration, hands-on Windchill or Teamcenter, and strong scripting and database skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years PLM administration experience.
Hands-on Windchill or Teamcenter in production.
PLM upgrades and migrations experience.
Oracle and SQL Server DB administration.
Linux/Unix admin skills.
HA/DR for PLM environments.
PLM integration brokers & middleware.
Shell, Python, or Ansible scripting.
Strong troubleshooting & documentation.
