Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a PLM Engineer with deep experience operating PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in large enterprise environments.

In this role you will own the technical operation of the PLM platform—installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, integrations, and high availability—and partner with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, performant PLM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of PLM platform administration experience.
• Hands-on with Windchill or Teamcenter in production.
• Strong PLM upgrades and migrations experience.
• Unix/Linux administration and databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
• HA/DR for PLM environments and integration middleware.
• Scripting skills in shell, Python, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical operation of the PLM platform (installation, configuration, tuning).
• Manage upgrades, migrations, integrations, and high availability.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure reliability.
