Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced PLM Technical Consultant to support enterprise PLM platforms, with deep Windchill/Teamcenter expertise. You will lead architecture, administration, upgrades, integrations, cloud deployment, and performance optimization in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and IT teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, design and modernization of mission-critical PLM environments, ensuring availability and security while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience administering and supporting enterprise PLM platforms (Windchill/Teamcenter).
• Experience upgrading, migrating, patching and tuning PLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL and Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience integrating PLM with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, administer, and optimize Windchill and/or Teamcenter environments.
• Lead PLM upgrades, migrations, patches, and environment refreshes with minimal downtime.
• Manage servers, databases, and integrations for high availability and performance.
• Develop HA/DR, backup, and business continuity plans for PLM platforms.
• Develop automation using Python, Shell, PowerShell, and Ansible.
• Support PLM integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and manufacturing systems.
• Monitor health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Administer security, user provisioning, and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, DevOps, and IT stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and upgrade/runbook guides.
