Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is seeking a Senior PLM Solutions Engineer to lead the design and delivery of ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions in a hybrid work model.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, model processes, and ensure scalable, governance-focused PLM architectures across design, engineering, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate has deep PLM expertise, strong business analysis and solution-architecture skills, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in PLM, business analysis, solution architecture, or related enterprise systems roles.
• Experience with ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE; Windchill and Teamcenter are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, PLM data models, system integrations, and enterprise workflow concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PLM processes, systems, and related workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders and translate needs into functional and technical designs.
• Design scalable PLM solutions supporting BOM management, change management, document management, workflow, configuration management, and product data governance.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and drive process standardization, optimization, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT teams to support implementation, testing, integration, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure PLM solutions are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with long-term business needs.
