Job summary

StarRez Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead strategy and outcomes across a platform-focused portfolio. You will connect customer and market opportunities with StarRez’s broader product strategy, setting priorities and ensuring investments deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will also build and guide a team of Product Managers, staying close to customers, market dynamics, and critical decisions while partnering with Engineering, Design, GTM, Analytics, and other leaders to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS, platform, marketplace, digital products, payments, AI, or data & analytics.
• Direct people-management experience with demonstrated success coaching and developing Product Managers.
• Experience leading strategy and prioritization across multiple product areas, customer journeys, or significant product problem spaces.
• Strong commercial and product judgment, with experience connecting product decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Experience using customer research, market insights, product analytics, and experimentation to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around complex priorities and trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap direction, and performance across a portfolio of product areas, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, creating clear ownership, accountability, and opportunities for growth.
• Set portfolio priorities and make informed investment and resource trade-offs across customer opportunities, commercial objectives, technical needs, and longer-term strategic bets.
• Provide strategic oversight for all products within the portfolio, including opportunities across marketplace growth, engagement, monetization, and customer value.
• Establish clear product and commercial success measures and use customer research, analytics, experimentation, and market insights to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Analytics, and other leaders to align priorities and deliver high-quality product and business outcomes.
• Represent portfolio strategy, performance, opportunities, and trade-offs with senior leadership, customers, and other key stakeholders.
• Executive level product strategy, roadmap and launch communication.
