Job summary

StarRez is seeking a Product Manager for Data & Analytics to shape the strategy and roadmap of the platform's data, analytics, and AI features. You will work with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to translate insights into scalable products that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

The role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading initiatives from discovery to delivery and measuring success through business impact and customer value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience in SaaS, platform, or data-focused products.
• Experience translating customer, business, and technical needs into product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term strategy and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch with measurable business impact.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to translate insights into scalable product solutions.
• Use research, analytics, experimentation, and market trends to prioritize investments.
