Job summary

StarRez, Inc. seeks a Group Product Manager to lead strategy and outcomes across a portfolio focused on the resident on- and off-campus experience. You will connect customer needs with StarRez's broader strategy and coach Product Managers to own their areas.

This Denver-based, hybrid role collaborates with Engineering, Design, GTM, Analytics, and others to align priorities and drive high-impact product results. You will stay close to customers and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience leading SaaS/platform/digital products.
• Direct people-management experience coaching Product Managers.
• Experience leading strategy across multiple product areas and journeys.
• Strong commercial/product judgment linking decisions to outcomes.
• Experience using customer research, market insights, analytics, and experiments to inform strategy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap direction, and performance across a portfolio of product areas.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers with clear ownership and growth opportunities.
• Set portfolio priorities and trade-offs across customer opportunities, commercial objectives, technical needs, and longer-term bets.
• Provide strategic oversight for on- and off-campus portfolios including marketplace growth and monetization.
• Establish clear success measures and use research and analytics to guide decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Analytics, and other leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Represent portfolio strategy and opportunities with senior leadership and customers.
• Deliver executive-level product strategy, roadmap, and launch communication.
