Job summary

Welcome.US is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to support daily administration of our technology platforms, including ServiceNow and Coassemble. The role emphasizes issue resolution, content updates, data quality, and user support across teams.

You will collaborate with the Product Lead, developers, vendors, and program teams to coordinate platform improvements, document processes, and ensure successful upgrades and testing while maintaining clear records.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience supporting or administering a SaaS platform, CRM, LMS, or similar digital system.
• Experience performing hands-on platform work (managing users/permissions, updating content/data, troubleshooting, testing, documenting processes).
• Ability to translate nontechnical stakeholder input into clear requirements, tickets, or next steps.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and nontechnical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of ServiceNow, Coassemble, and other platforms, including user access, permissions, documentation, data quality, and routine checks.
• Coordinate upgrades, releases, and changes by testing, documenting results, and tracking issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Lead, developers, vendors, and support teams to address platform issues and maintenance needs.
• Capture platform requests with clear requirements, drafts user stories, and manage backlogs and development boards.
• Publish and maintain program content across platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
