Job summary
Cencora is seeking a Director of Technical Operations to lead the end-to-end operational health, stability, and continuous improvement of our Human Health eCommerce and Portal applications. You will partner with Software Engineering, Infrastructure/Cloud, Security, and PMOs to ensure reliable production operations, incident management, and measurable KPIs.
You will own disaster recovery, high availability, and governance while driving modernization opportunities across on-prem and Azure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher in computer science, software engineering, information systems, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years in platform/software/infrastructure engineering or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational health and stability for eCommerce/Portal applications.
- Drive incident management, RCA, CAPA, and post-mortems with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize deployments, DR/HA, and compliance in hybrid on-prem/Azure environments.
