Job summary

Advyzon Investment Management, LLC (AIM) is seeking an Operations Associate to support third party managers on the AIM platform. You will assist with onboarding, fee setup, billing communications, and reporting, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating platform operations.

You will work remotely with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach and a focus on process improvement using AI and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and setup for strategists and third party managers.
• Coordinate fee setup, billing, invoicing, and related processes.
• Assist with fee reconciliation and resolving inquiries.
• Generate reports for strategists and internal stakeholders.
• Handle platform support items including password resets and maintenance.
• Manage intake of performance files for uploads and reporting.
• Maintain shell models and platform configurations.
• Monitor workflows and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and leverage AI/automation.
• Keep accurate records and tracking of operational workflows.
