Qualifications
- Strong ability to evaluate use cases, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Comfortable reviewing Python code, understanding data flows, and analyzing API/integration patterns.
- Able to identify platform dependencies, assess capability gaps, and troubleshoot integration issues.

- Analyze incoming use cases to understand business goals and technical requirements.
- Shepherd tenant teams through the onboarding journey.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration & operational challenges across data flows.
