• Five+ years as a Systems Administrator in Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf Pro, or similar endpoint management tools.
• Experience with SCCM and Defender for Endpoint in enterprise settings.

Responsabilidades

• Design, manage, and support IT systems within a hybrid-cloud architecture.
• Engineer, maintain, and protect Windows and macOS devices for a secure endpoint environment.
• Plan and execute projects within a sprint framework.
• Safeguard security, integrity, and confidentiality; support audits and policy adherence.
• Document design, operation, and procedures; create training materials.
• Serve as escalation point for system and user requests; drive improvements across enterprise.
