Hyland seeks a Platform Architect to lead cloud strategy and platform initiatives across multiple clouds. This role shapes architectural standards, runs POCs, and mentors platform teams while influencing executive decisions on technology direction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in platform or cloud architecture, strong IaC, CI/CD, and security expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Platform/Cloud Architect or similar.
• Mastery in two or more programming languages and cloud design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Lead multi-cloud architecture design with hands-on POCs.
• Establish platform standards and best practices.
• Mentor teams and coach engineers and architects.
• Collaborate with executives to influence strategy.
