Job summary

Vertex Inc. is seeking a strategic Platform Experience Product Manager to unify the connected tax platform experience. You will orchestrate delivery across Vertex products, translating requirements into engineer-ready specs and guiding platform features from ideation to launch.

You will work closely with UX, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure cohesive, frictionless customer experiences while using data and KPIs to drive decisions and demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud solutions.
• Translate business requirements into engineer-ready specifications with API/architecture context.
• Proven ability to navigate competing priorities across multiple product teams and make clear sequencing decisions.
• Strong communication with technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the delivery of a unified platform experience across Vertex products.
• Translate requirements into engineer-ready specifications with appropriate technical specificity.
• Lead platform feature development from ideation to launch with clear acceptance criteria.
• Navigate competing priorities across multiple product teams and negotiate trade-offs.
