You will own strategy, roadmap, operations, reliability, cost, and governance for platforms enabling customer engagement across channels, with a focus on security and scalability. Competenze

• Significant leadership experience in digital platforms, customer experience, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise platform ecosystems including web, data, marketing automation, content, and consent technologies.
• Operationalizing AI/ML and/or agentic capabilities in commercial or customer-facing environments.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, agencies, budgets, and service-level performance.

• Own the blueprint, product strategy, roadmap, and activation direction for the enterprise ICX platform stack across channels.
• Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective with readiness for in-market experiences.
• Lead integration and reliable operation of AI/ML capabilities across commercial channels; oversee incident response and continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of 9 direct reports and manage vendor/agency operating model.
