Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Addepar.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial technology, or equivalent education/background in a related field, preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, portfolio reporting, investment operations, or related financial services workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform support to internal users and end clients, troubleshooting questions and documenting processes.
• Manage user onboarding, access controls, and permission governance.
• Configure core database elements, reporting outputs, and platform data maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendor partners.
