Job summary

NewEdge Wealth LLC. is seeking a Platform Experience Associate to administer and enhance the Addepar platform, manage user access, permissions, and data configuration, and support end-client workflows.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Compliance, Operations, and advisory teams to improve reporting reliability and platform governance. The role emphasizes onboarding, documentation, and scalable processes, with a focus on providing timely, service-oriented support to Home Office,

Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with Addepar.
4+ years of professional experience in financial technology, or equivalent education/background.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, portfolio reporting, investment operations, or related financial services workflows.

Responsibilities

Platform User Access & Role Permissions management.
Database configuration, platform data maintenance, and data quality checks.
End Client, Advisor & Internal User support and issue resolution.
Input regarding Salesforce and other vendor integrations.
User provisioning, deactivation, access reviews, and permission updates.
Produce documentation and support materials for Learning Hub and end-user enablement.
