Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group seeks a Platform Experience Associate to administer Addepar-based investment reporting, onboarding, and access controls. You will support platform data integrity, configuration, and end-client workflows while enabling scalable governance and documentation.

Collaborating with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Advisory Teams, you will deliver timely platform support that improves reporting reliability and the overall experience for Home Office, advisors, clients, and

Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with Addepar required.
4+ years of professional experience in financial technology, or equivalent education/background, preferred.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, portfolio reporting, investment operations, or related financial services workflows is required.

Responsibilities

Manage user onboarding and access controls, permissions, and role assignments.
Support platform data integrity, database configuration, and report setup/output validation.
Provide responsive internal and end-client support; troubleshoot platform questions.
Document processes and help establish scalable governance for Addepar usage.
Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendor partners to improve efficiency.
