Job summary

NewEdge Wealth LLC is seeking an Associate, Platform Experience in the NY area to administer and enhance the Addepar platform. The role covers user access, permissions, database configuration, reporting, and client support workflows across home office, advisory teams, and clients.

Responsibilities include onboarding, permission governance, data integrity, and assisting with report setups and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with Addepar.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial technology, or equivalent education/background in a related field.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, portfolio reporting, or related financial services workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and access control for Addepar users and maintain permission structures.
• Configure database elements and support platform data integrity and reporting.
• Assist with report setup, output validation, and platform governance improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendor partners to deliver platform support.
