Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group is seeking an Associate, Platform Experience to support the Addepar platform across user access, permissions, database configuration, reporting, and end-client support workflows. Location: Stamford, CT or New York, NY.

The role collaborates with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendor partners to deliver timely, accurate, and service-oriented platform support to improve operational efficiency and reporting reliability for Home Office, Advisory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Addepar preferred, but experience with similar platforms may be considered.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial technology, or equivalent education/background in a related field, preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth management, portfolio reporting, investment operations, or related financial services workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and access control management for the Addepar platform.
• Configure database elements, maintain data quality, and support report setup and output validation.
• Troubleshoot platform questions, document processes, and develop scalable governance practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Advisory Teams, and vendor partners to improve platform efficiency and reliability.
