Job summary

You’ll own features end-to-end using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, partner with product and design, and help improve reliability and performance across the stack in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience as an early member of an engineering team in startups.
• Track record of building and scaling products in high-growth environments.
• AI-native mindset and usage of AI coding tools in daily workflow.
• REST APIs, PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
• Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
• Collaborate with product/operations/design to turn ideas into working solutions.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Make practical technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve systems.
