Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Full-Stack Platform Engineer to join our remote-first team. You’ll own features from design to production, building internal tools and AI-enabled infrastructure for a fast-growing startup.

You’ll work with React, Node.js, and TypeScript, design solid data models, and collaborate with product and design to deliver scalable, reliable solutions while improving developer experience and platform performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience helping build and scale products within high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to production.
• Regular use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, and modern backend architectures.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on shipping high-quality solutions.
