Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital seeks a Platform & Data Engineer III to lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications across the platform. You will mentor engineers, drive SDLC practices, and collaborate with analysts and customers to plan future system needs.

This role can telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.; a Master’s in CS or related field with 3–5 years in software development, cloud, data engineering, DevSecOps, and data analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in CS, Data Science, Info Systems or related field with 3+ years in software development, cloud, data engineering, DevSecOps, and platform engineering.
• Experience in web technologies and APIs, cloud, data analytics, and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development across multiple systems.
• Mentor Software Engineers I/II and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with analysts and customers to plan for future system needs.
