Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Platform Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations across cloud and hybrid environments. You will create reusable Terraform modules, harden pipelines, and enforce policy-as-code with governance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps with Terraform focus.
• Hands-on production Terraform across at least one major cloud.
• Design reusable modules with clean APIs and version discipline.
• Experience with Terraform state management, backends, and large-scale workspaces.
• Strong scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.
• CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure code with policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular Terraform code across clouds.
• Build reusable Terraform modules with interfaces and docs.
• Implement Terraform automation pipelines with gating and drift detection.
• Define policy-as-code to prevent insecure changes.
• Manage Terraform state at scale with backends and disaster recovery.
• Drive multi-account, multi-region, multi-cloud provisioning strategies.
• Include infrastructure testing with Terratest and Terraform compliance.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and platform teams to embed guardrails.
• Standardize secrets management, identity federation, and least-privilege IAM.
• Lead migrations to managed Terraform footprints with minimal disruption.
• Drive cost optimization, tagging hygiene, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor teams on Terraform best practices and PR reviews.
• Maintain runbooks, diagrams, and onboarding materials.
